Proprietary Design
Shortened height columns allow this car parking lift to fit in low ceiling spaces where others systems can't.
Control System
There are 2 control systems in total, customers could choose one according to their own needs.
Option A - Push Button Control System. The middle layer and the top layer are controlled separately by different buttons, and the locking of each layer is also controlled separately. So this system is a bit troublesome to operate.
Option B - PLC Control System. The middle layer and the top layer are controlled by the same button, but the locking of each layer is controlled separately, it is more simpler and safer.
Multi - protection
1. Redundant, anti-fall, spring-loaded safety catches immediately halt downward movement of either platform in the unlikely event of cable failure.
2. There is a photoelectric induction system in the middle layer. It can better protect the cars in the middle layer from touching the platform at the top layer.
3. The platforms of each layer have safety locks. The middle layer includes multi-position safety locks that are spaced just 100mm apart. This allows almost unlimited parking height arrangements on either the upper or lower decks.
